Hartford, Connecticut

The Hartford office works primarily in areas of environmental remediation and EHS auditing and compliance. Our ELM work encompasses site investigation and remediation, calculating asset retirement obligations, and supporting real estate and business transactions. Our compliance support work has included management of operational and compliance issues for retail stores, chemical companies, and industrial operations.

Senior members of the Hartford office include Gordon Hinshalwood, Ed Petrie, and Ben Rieger.

The Connecticut team is actively involved in the Environmental Professionals Organization of Connecticut. We also serve on working groups for the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to help craft upcoming changes in regulation. Our office is represented on local conservation commissions, and we have supported a local land trust with our volunteer hours as well.
