Fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commitment

We are committed to creating and fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, included and heard.

We embrace and encourage our job applicants and employees’ differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our workforce unique.

The collective sum of individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, inventiveness, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities and talent that our employees bring to the workplace and invest in their work represents a significant part of, not only our culture, but our reputation, achievements and success as a company.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is woven into all aspects of our organization

Recruitment, Selection and Promotion

Equal opportunity is integral to the recruitment, selection and promotion practices at Antea Group. We recognize the value of recruiting, selecting and promoting employees with different backgrounds, knowledge, experiences, perspectives and beliefs. We seek out opportunities to build relationships with professional organizations for people from underrepresented groups to develop a more diverse candidate pool.

Compensation

We seek to offer competitive and fair compensation and benefits to all employees.

Benefits

In addition to our standard employee benefits package, we offer health insurance for domestic partners, paid parental leave, and a variety of employee wellness (emotional, physical and financial) programs, tools and resources.

We also offer employees both fixed and floating holidays as part of our annual holiday schedule. This empowers employees to select non-Company federal holidays, in addition to other religious or cultural days, that are meaningful to them to observe or celebrate.

Professional Development

We support employees’ professional development, including internal and external continuing education opportunities when programs have a direct relationship to the job the employee currently performs or contribute to the employee’s development for future positions.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training

We provide our employees with interactive, online training to help increase awareness and understanding of individual differences and why they matter, so that employees can develop soft skills needed to act inclusively and thrive in a diverse work environment.

Topics include:
•    Preventing Discrimination and Harassment
•    Workplace Diversity, Inclusion and Racial Sensitivity
•    Cultural Competency & Humility

Mentoring

Our mentoring program provides opportunities for employees to explore their career progression. It pairs junior and senior level employees of various backgrounds, experiences and work styles to network and knowledge share. Mentors also offer mentees guidance for success in mentees’ existing roles, including support with the Company’s onboarding and cultural immersion experiences, as well as strategies for managing workplace challenges.

Flexible Work Options

We understand the increasing demands that employees face in their personal and work lives and provide flexible work options to employees when appropriate for the individual, the job and the business. Flexible work options may not be appropriate for all employees or positions and are not a universal employee benefit.

Reasonable Accommodation

We provide reasonable accommodations to job applicants and employees in response to disability, cultural or religious needs, as long as the requested accommodation does not create undue hardship on company business.

Inclusive Language

We encourage employees to integrate inclusive language into regular conversations and professional interactions, and support employees’ voluntary use of pronouns in their company email signatures, Salesforce, LinkedIn and other business networking profiles.

Community Outreach and Volunteer Activities

We encourage and support employee participation in volunteer activities for charitable organizations that enhance our environment and contribute to the well-being of our global and local communities.
