At Antea Group, we believe in leveraging our professional expertise to make a meaningful impact beyond business. Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, we dedicate a portion of our resources to support non-profit organizations with pro bono consulting services. This commitment reflects our core values of social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and community well-being.

As part of our CSR initiatives, we allocate up to 1% of our Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) annually to pro bono consulting services. This equates to leveraging our team's expertise to benefit charitable organizations dedicated to societal and environmental causes.

We provide pro bono services exclusively to federally registered 501(c)(3) organizations that align with our focus areas. Preference is given to organizations that demonstrate:

• Human Wellbeing: Protecting and enhancing the well-being of communities.

PFAS Remediation at Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig School, Minnesota

The Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig School in Minnesota faced a significant challenge with per-and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination in its water supply. Routine sampling revealed the presence of four to eight PFAS compounds in the water from the school’s four on-site wells, which posed serious health risks to the approximately 250 students and 50 staff members. This situation required immediate attention to ensure the safety and well-being of the school’s community.

Building a Dashboard for Marine Pollution Monitoring with Ocean Wise Conservation Association

In 2023, Antea Group partnered with Ocean Wise Conservation Association, a nonprofit focused on protecting and restoring the ocean, to support their Pollution Tracker team. Ocean Wise’s mission aligns with Antea Group’s vision of a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable world, particularly in marine conservation. However, managing and visualizing large volumes of environmental data on ocean pollution posed significant challenges. The organization needed a more efficient way to clean, manage, and analyze data to ensure accurate and accessible information for ocean conservation efforts.

Empowering Local Small Businesses with EHS Support

In 2021, Antea Group was presented with an exciting opportunity to partner with Deluxe for Season 6 of Small Business Revolution, an Emmy-nominated series dedicated to celebrating and supporting small businesses across the United States. Season 6 was particularly meaningful, as it focused on uplifting Black-owned businesses in Minneapolis-St. Paul, the home of Antea Group’s headquarters. These small businesses were facing significant challenges, particularly due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the civil unrest following the tragic murder of George Floyd in 2020.
