Building Global EHS Programs and Compliance

Facing the challenges of operating in an international regulatory environment, this global technology company was seeking a consultant to develop, implement and manage its EH&S programs and compliance for 100,000 employees located in over 100 countries located throughout the Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), and JAPAC (Japan, Asia Pacific, Australia, and China).

With a proven record for delivering innovative global solutions at a local level, Antea Group was retained under a six‐year contract to provide global EHS services. In partnership with Corporate and Regional EHS, Antea Group’s core global EHS team provided and continues to provide EHS support on strategic and tactical levels, including the following: 

• Assistance with strategic planning and development of annual and long-term EHS and sustainability goals and road maps. 
• Support in developing and implementing global EHS governance framework.
• Support in developing and implementing new EHS programs and compliance plans.
• Build global EHS competency and culture within the organization.
• Maintain ISO 14001 certification and management systems

Antea Group’s global EHS team, including outsourced EHS personnel, works closely with local facility teams to build internal EHS competency, ensure local comprehension of regulatory and corporate requirements, and drive long-term continuous improvement across the organization.

Through use of iEHS®, we have benefited and strengthened our management systems approach for developing, implementing and monitoring EH&S programs and procedures.
