Nina Smoker is a subject matter expert on due diligence from a transaction advisory standpoint and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Antea Group. She has led, reviewed, and advised on a multitude of varying M&A transactions, both domestically within the United States and internationally across six continents. Nina holds degrees from Franklin and Marshall College and the University of Pennsylvania with a multifaceted background in environmental health, environmental science, toxicology, international environmental policy, and geology.
