Permit, License and Registration Transfer Support for a Global Chemical Company
Challenge
The client, a chemical manufacturing company, was separating into two separate companies. As part of the separation process, it was determined that approximately 300 EH&S related permits, licenses and registrations in multiple states required transfer to the new entity in order to allow continued operation.
Solution
Antea Group supported the client through three phases of work including 1) development of a permit, license and registration inventory, 2) definition of transfer requirements, and 3) permit transfer activities. Weekly status updates were provided throughout the project.
Result
The client benefited from an orchestrated process to transition all permits, licenses, and registrations such that there was no disruption to operations.
