ISO 45001 Management Systems: Preparing a Fashion Retailer for Certification Audit
Challenge
One of the world’s largest fashion retailers contacted Antea Group to assist with their ISO 45001 certification audit. The client required a third-party consultant with expertise in ISO 45001 to provide support in preparation for the certification process.
Solution
Antea Group, with the support of the Inogen Alliance, was able to provide the necessary support during the implementation of the client’s ISO 45001 management system. Additionally, Antea Group and the local Inogen Alliance consultant conducted a gap assessment in preparation for the formal certification audit. Our teams conducted the gap assessment and supported the closure of several identified gaps.
Result
The assessment report provided by Antea Group and the local Inogen Alliance consultant summarized identified gaps as well as strengths and effective ISO 45001 conformance practices. This allowed the client to focus their efforts on the areas that required some additional work in order to conform with the ISO 45001 standard. While the client had a strong framework in place prior to the gap assessment, Antea Group collaborated with the client to continue to build out their management system documentation. The client passed their ISO 45001 certification audit and now maintains certification for all of their locations across Canada.
