EHS Auditing Support for a Global Pharmaceutical Organization

A global pharmaceutical organization sought to improve its best‐in‐class EHS and social responsibility performance across its global organization. Following establishment and communication of baseline performance expectations to its sites, it was necessary to evaluate a diverse array of locations in multiple geographies to determine the degree of conformance and recommend corrective actions if necessary.

As a result of Antea Group’s ability to leverage a global team of audit practitioners through the Inogen network, we were retained to support global EHS audits. Antea Group deployed auditors to evaluate research and manufacturing sites in multiple countries in Europe, Asia, Latin America and North America. A single point of contact for audit management was used to ensure uniform auditor guidance and training as well  as common report formats. Audit results were compiled into brief reports that included findings, regulatory references and recommendations.

The client was able to continuously improve their EHS performance through the identification of regulatory gaps and/or internal standards through systematic implementation of corrective action plans.
