The client, a healthcare company, needed assistance finding a robust platform to collect their construction safety data. The client was moving away from a third-party platform with no guarantee of long-term availability and required something more dependable.
Solution
Antea Group used existing infrastructure to collect incident data and internal capabilities to create a form to collect additional data. The data was combined and analyzed using a Power BI dashboard.
The Antea Group project team consisted of a Health & Safety subject matter expert and a data analyst/visualization subject matter expert. These resources were deeply embedded in the client, with full accounts and devices provided by the client.
Ultimately, the client determined the final solution to create a new data platform. Antea Group worked within those bounds to create the final workflow of data collection and the dashboard that housed the analytics.

Antea Group delivered the final goal of a new data platform to collect clean and organized data and systems to generate analytics. The project was completed over a two-year time span, adjusting to changes in internal structure and project priorities and for the client. Antea Group provided the client with the tools to store their construction safety data without depending on third-party support.
