Customized EHS eLearning for a Beverage Company

Challenge 

A North American beverage company wanted a customized eLearning module to educate their plant environmental managers on how to manage their wastewater. The training needed to discuss both United States and Canadian regulatory requirements. The Canadian version would need to be province-specific and include one module translated into French.

Typically the training was delivered in-person, so Antea Group needed to be able to take existing presentations and determine that they meet all regulatory requirements and then transform the presentations into an eLearning module.

Solution 

Antea Group utilized our Canadian Inogen Partner to review the Canadian information while Antea Group USA reviewed the U.S. information. After the technical review was complete, Antea Group partnered with an eLearning developer to “translate” the information into three interactive learning modules (one each for the U.S. and Canada, plus the translated Canadian version).

Graphic designers and professional voiceover actors were hired to ensure the modules were of the highest quality. Antea Group managed the process, ensuring that the right partners were brought into the project, deadlines were met, changes were incorporated, and that the course met with the client’s approval. Antea Group kept the client apprised of the progress and coached them on reviewing eLearning training.

Result 

Upon project completion, the client was provided with all of the necessary files to load into their Learning Management System. Now they will be able to train employees anywhere and at any time and Plant Managers can review individual sections as needed. Antea Group’s management of the process took the burden off of the client so they could focus on their own day-to-day business activities.
