Jo Black is a Senior Project Manager with five years of experience in environmental consulting providing services in Environmental Liability Management, Operational Performance & Assurance, Sustainability, and Antea Group Incident Management. Jo has worked both in the field and as a task leader in environmental site assessment, remediation, field sampling, contractor oversight, incident response, and liability and risk evaluations. She has strong technical report drafting skills and understands how her work impacts a project’s progress and success. She is knowledgeable in state and federal regulations and has worked with the California State Water Resources Control Board, California State Air Resources Board, California Department of Toxic Substances Control, and Environmental Protection Agency (Region 9), as well as numerous county and local agencies within California such as San Mateo and Alameda counties. Jo’s project management experience extends across industries, with experience managing litigation, environmental remediation, and insurance support projects.
