Jacob Knapp is a Project Manager with over 17 years of experience working in the environmental field. He has experience in project management and oversight of investigation and remediation at sites with a variety of environmental concerns using a variety of techniques. His experience includes investigation and remediation of a wide variety of contaminants including petroleum hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, metals, oil field production water and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). Jacob is also experienced with vapor intrusion investigation and mitigation techniques for a variety of contaminants of concern.
Jacob is skilled at leading project teams, developing site investigations and writing reports in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, including multiple state and EPA region specific formats. He has directed various clients and projects, including supporting expert witness reports for litigation projects. Jacob manages projects connecting subject matter experts and task appropriate staff to support specific client and project needs. He is based in our St. Paul, Minnesota office.
