The client, a global technology company, requested third-party Food Safety Audits for two of its campuses in California. The goal was to identify local regulatory requirements that applied to the catering and kitchen services.
Solution
Antea Group conducted on-site audits of both locations. The client was provided with audit reports that identified local food service regulatory requirements and summarized the key findings. The reports underwent three stages of review including proofreading, an admin review, and review by a subject matter expert to ensure accurate, high-quality findings.
Result
The Food Safety Audit reports were delivered to the client on schedule and were followed by a closing call to communicate the key findings. The reports were returned with no concerns from the client. Antea Group also delivered an Excel Workbook that contained a summary of the audit findings under the client’s branding that could be distributed easily for employee viewing.
The client was pleased with Antea Group for providing the audit reports in a timely fashion. Since the conclusion of the project, the client has continued to work with Antea Group.
