Sara has more than 10 years of experience in corporate sustainability – spanning from operational efficiency to global human rights assessments. Before joining Antea Group, she was on the Global Sustainability Team at General Mills for four years, where she worked on strategy development, supply chain engagement, regenerative agriculture, and human rights. She is particularly passionate about taking a people-first approach to ESG issues, ensuring that all stakeholders are heard, and inspiring systemic change.
